Elk Cove ‘Clay Court’ Pinot Noir Chehalem Mountains, 2021

This wine is 100% Pinot Noir from Clay Court Vineyard in the Chehalem Mountains AVA of Oregon. It is made from thirty year old vines that are a mixture of Pommard and Dijon clones. Providing plenty of trademark Oregon earthiness as well as an abundance of red fruit. This bottling goes with a wide variety of foods, from vegetarian chili to pan roasted duck breast.
